I worked on a few mini-sized (5×7) panel paintings and I’m finding out that they are not my jam as far as creating them. I don’t mind the results in the end, but it is agonizing to try and make all those tiny strokes and sometimes it feels like I’m working on them more than the 8×10 artworks.

Megan Frauenhoffer is a printmaking artist originating from St. Louis, Missouri. In May 2010, she completed the Master’s in Printmaking at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Her drawings, prints and collages explore the ideas of perfection/imperfection, subconscious fears, identity and transformative narratives. Megan’s work has been found in Beautiful/Decay, Minneapolis CityPages 100 Creatives, Paper Darts Press Get In If You Want To Live and Miami Art Basel’s Multiversal exhibition.
